On the second to last day of the Pchum Ben Holiday, Boramy took me for a lovely ride to Takhmao Province. I had only gotten four hours of sleep from making the decision to stay up late the previous night, but the sun zapped all the fatigue out of me. Takhmao is just south of the Phnom Penh, and it’s a lovely place to go for bicycle ride. If you were on a moto, you probably woudn’t appreciate the pleasant qualities to the scenery. I found it extremely enjoyable and silent and yet not too far away from the city to feel like I was on some crazy “travel” trip. I definitely plan on going back in the near future. Here’s the general area of the route we took.
